Registered nurses interested in advancing in the health care field have a new program to consider—the online Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Tulsa.
This distance learning opportunity for nurses allows them to keep their current jobs while pursuing their ultimate career goals. The program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). It features four distinct specialty tracks:
- Leadership & Innovation
- Education & Elevation
- Public Health Global Vision
- Informatics & Analytics
Director of online programs Cassy Abbott Eng said, “The M.S.N. degree is tailored for B.S.N.-prepared nurses looking to advance their careers and assume leadership roles in the nursing profession. Students can choose from four specialty tracks, each aligned with current professional demands and societal trends. The program, designed for working professionals, can be completed in as little as one year through an eight-week course carousel model.”
Prospective students are encouraged to submit their applications through the Graduate School.
