For the sake of this ranking, we focused our research and attention on finding the best online colleges in Florida. Based on our methodology, we found top Florida colleges that offered top-ranked and affordable online programs. Our methodology is listed below.
30 Best Online Colleges in Florida Methodology
We reviewed approximately 160 Florida colleges and universities listed by the Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) College Navigator and reputable online sources. We narrowed our original pool of schools by applying the following criteria: online programs offered in at least one area of study (both master’s and bachelor’s programs considered), accreditation (regional and/or national), and institution and/or program rankings with at least one major publication like U.S. News and World Report. We then listed the schools according to raw affordability.
