20. Delaware State University
The Food and Nutritional Science Program at Delaware State leads to a bachelor’s degree with the option of a concentration in Dietetics. With this concentration students would be set up to complete their internship, pass the official exam of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and apply for state licensure.
